Jio announced a list of additional benefits on an annual prepaid plan as part of its Republic Day Offer. Upon a recharge of Rs. 2,999, customers can get discount coupons for popular e-commerce sites, online fashion retailers, and even food delivery applications. Notably, this is not a new plan that the telecom operator has introduced.

Jio and Airtel have over 125 million 5G subscribers between them. The companies have been offering 5G connectivity at existing 4G rates and including unlimited 5G data with select plans. However, experts now suggest that the firms may soon stop their unlimited 5G offering and will likely increase 5G plan charges over the existing 4G plans.

Reliance Jio has introduced new international unlimited roaming packs for its customers. Jio's latest unlimited international roaming packs range from Rs. 898 to Rs. 3,455. The former comes with seven days validity while the latter offers 30 days validity. Customers travelling to countries like UAE, US, and Mexico can opt for these plans.
