The Congress seems to be emerging as the single-largest party in Karnataka. At 10:30 am, all leads were in and if these convert into results, the party might even edge past the halfway mark of 112 in the 224-seat Assembly.

Counting has begun in Karnataka and leads are rolling in fast. Early trends show the ruling BJP is in trouble, seeming to concede ground in about half their seats. But the Congress is not yet gaining big either.
