In a bid to increase its market share in the Indian market, Renault is currently working on several new products. The company, recently, launched its first compact MPV - the Lodgy - in the Indian market, and is now planning to bring in its first ever small car to the Indian market.

Maruti Suzuki India that launched Celerio in February, this year, is now planning to bring in the diesel engined version of the small hatch in the country. Since the company has already started testing the vehicles on Indian roads, we expect this to be rolled out in the first half of 2015.
