Ice Cream Parlour Sex Scandal

The Supreme Court today issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Kerala government on a petition seeking a CBI probe into what has come to be known as the ice cream parlour sex scandal in the southern state.

A court on Friday posted to February 5 a petition by Opposition leader in the Kerala Assembly V S Achuthanandan seeking to hear his views while considering the report into the allegations by K A Rauf, a businessman, in the ice cream parlour sex scandal case.

High Court today reserved orders on the petition by Opposition leader VS Achuthanandan, seeking a copy of the final report filed by Special Investigation Team (SIT) in the case registered against Industries Minister PK Kunhalikutty with regards to the ice cream parlour sex scandal.
