A candle light vigil was held in Karachi for the 132 school students who lost their lives at the hands of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Peshawar.
People gathered at Doo Talwar in Karachi on Tuesday night to pay their respects to the 132 students who were killed in a deadly attack carried out by the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan at a Peshawar school.
On Tuesday, the Tehrik-i-Taliban carried out an 8 hour long massacre of school students and personnel at a Pakistan army-run school in Peshwar.
Following the ruthless attack, the world united in revulsion.
Leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi & US President Barack Obama strongly condemned the Peshawar attack.
Pakistan will be observing a 3 day mourning in memory of the 132 students killed and 121 injured.
Addressing the media, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday said, "Nothing can be more tragic than the way terrorists riddled innocent children with bullets."
PM Narendra Modi described the killing of 132 children in Peshawar as a tragedy that has "shaken the conscience of the world."
Schools all over India observed a two-minute silence on Wednesday morning and held special prayers to remember the young victims of Peshawar Attacks.
