Violence over Raj Thackeray's speeches in Sharad Pawar's strongholds

MUMBAI: Clashes broke between Sharad Pawar's Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and the Mahrashtra Navnirman Sena workers over a speech made by Raj Thackeray that criticised Sharad Pawar and his nephew Ajit.

This morning, members of Mr Thackeray's party forced their way into the NCP office at the headquarters of the municipal corporation and vandalized property.
