An under construction flyover collapsed in Burrabazar area in Kolkata causing chaos in the area. Efforts are on to rescue those who may be trapped under the debris.
The flyover was to being constructed in a densely populated central Kolkata.
People in the neighbourhood gathered around the spot to help those in need.
The flyover is at Burrabazar, a busy area in centra Kolkata near Ganesh Talkies.
Looking at the the scale of loss, officials fear there may be more deaths.
Several policemen and fire personnel are at the spot where a large crowd of people gathered after the collapse.
