Infosys has been hit by a few senior level exits ever since co-founder NR Narayana Murthy returned to helm the company in June this year. Commenting on the churn in senior management ranks, Murthy said he is not worried and Infosys has a full bench of senior managers to fill in any gaps. Infosys has been hit by a number of senior level exits ever since co-founder NR Narayana Murthy returned to the top helm in June 2013. For the second time in three years, he once again bid adieu to the iconic company he co-founded with four other techies in 1981.
K Murali Krishna, senior vice president and group head of Infosys' computers and communications division, has resigned. He has "moved on to pursue his aspirations", the IT services firm said.
Infosys strategic sales head Prasad Thrikutam has resigned. He will join Dell Services as president and global head of its Application Services division from July 28.
Infosys president and member of its board BG Srinivas has resigned. Hong Kong-based information and communications technology company PCCW Limited has announced that BG Srinivas would join from July 14, 2014, as its group managing director.
Infosys chief compliance officer Nithyanandan Radhakrishnan quit the company to become an independent consultant on international legal matters, PTI reported.
Chandrashekar Kakal, who held the operational responsibility for the India Business Unit, quit in March this year. He has joined mid-sized IT services firm L&T Infotech as its chief operating officer (COO).
V. Balakrishnan, who was seen as a candidate to become the next chief executive, resigned in December and joined the Aam Aadmi Party. Apart from being a director, Mr Balakrishnan also headed key units at Infosys including Lodestone. Mr Balakrishnan contested the general elections from Bangalore Central. He has joined the advisory board of an architecture-led IT consulting and solutions firm Avekshaa Technologies.
Infosys on November 18 announced that Stephen R Pratt, head of utilities and resources for North America, resigned from the company. Mr Pratt, who had joined Infosys in 2004, was also a member of the company's executive council, its highest decision making body. He was the highest-paid executive in Infosys, taking home a total compensation of $2.13 million (over Rs 11 crore) in the previous fiscal and received over $1.3 million in bonus/incentive. Weeks after NR Narayana Murthy returned to Infosys in June, the country's second largest software exporter saw its global sales and marketing head Basab Pradhan quit the company. Pradhan, who was the member of Infosys executive council, said he is planning to start his own venture. "Leaving Infosys to go back to the start-up world. To all my friends at Infosys, please stay in touch," Pradhan had tweeted. Mr Pradhan has joined California-based cloud computing start-up CliQr Technologies as President and CEO. In August, Ashok Vemuri, who was widely considered to be a contender for the top job at Infosys, put hits papers at Infosys. Ashok Vemuri was as a member of Infosys board and head of Americas and Global Head of Manufacturing and Engineering Services. Mr Vemuri is now the president and CEO of iGate Corporation and also a member of its board.

In September, Infosys saw yet another high profile exit with its BPO head for Latin America Humberto Andrade quitting the company. Mr. Andrade's profile on professional network site LinkedIn states his current work profile as Capgemini Vice President, Consumer Products/Retail/Distribution BPO - Americas.
Also in September, Kartik Jayaraman, who was heading Infosys BPO sales in Australia, quit and has reportedly joined outsourcing major Accenture.
Paul Gottsegen in September quit Infosys, where he was the chief marketing officer. He joined Mindtree as senior vice president and chief marketing and strategy officer.
