In Maharashtra and Haryana, Celebs and Political Big-Wigs Vote

Leaders of various political parties cast their vote in Maharashtra and Haryana. Voting for the 288 assembly constituencies in Maharashtra and 90 assembly seats in Haryana began this morning.
Politicians, industry big-wigs, sportspersons and Bollywood celebrities made for polling booths across Maharashtra and Haryana today, to vote in the on-going assembly elections.
Urging everyone to vote, cricketer Sachin Tendulkar said," Everyone should exercise their right to vote, it is really important for the nation."

Actor Shah Rukh Khan, who had promised that the entire cast of his upcoming film Happy New Year would cast their vote, arrived at the polling booth in the second half of the day. The actor said, 'I personally think there is no good reason to not vote.'
Making a fervent appeal to Mumbaikars to vote, Bollywood actor Salman Khan said after casting his vote, 'I wish that everyone comes out and vote, the change starts with us. People out on picnics right now, enjoying this day as a holiday are the ones who complain later on.'
Actress Deepika Padukone, dressed in a white top and jeggings with a leaf print red and white blazer, showed off her inked finger after voting. The actress also tweeted a picture saying, '#gotinked #getinked #makeitcount'
Actress Priyanka Chopra came to cast her vote with her mother Madhu and brother Siddharth.
Shah Rukh's wife Gauri also accompanied the actor to cast her vote.
Actor Ranbir Kapoor, cool in green, showed off his inked finger after casting his vote.
Abhishek and Jaya Bachchan were among the first Bollywood celebs to head to the polling booth.

Casting his vote, Congress MP Milind Deora said, "The way Modiji campaigned for Maha Assembly polls clearly shows BJP doesn't have regional leadership."

Ms Sule's father and NCP President Sharad Pawar cast his vote in Mumbai.
BJP MP from Chandigarh Kirron Kher urged people to vote saying, "People who do not cast their votes lose the right to question the Govt in power, So come out and vote."
Ms Kher's actor husband Anupam Kher also echoed her thoughts on voting and said, "I appeal to the people of Maharashtra and Haryana to come out and vote so that we can elect the Govt we want."
Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan, who cast his vote with his filmmaker father David Dhawan, shared this picture with his fans, captioning it, "Just got I inked with my daaaad . Go #vote"
Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre, who cast her vote with her filmmaker husband Goldie Behl, said, "We need better infrastructure in the city, C'mon Mumbaikars, step out there and vote. Really hope Mumbai doesn't disappoint, least we can do is step out and vote."
Director Kiran Rao, wife of Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, seemed delighted after participating in the electoral process.
