Lose weight without dieting
Whenever the thought of losing weight comes to mind, many people start planning their diet charts. In fact, most people do the mistake of going on crash diets, somehow managing to lose weight and then regaining weight when they come off their diet plans.

Have your dinner as early as you can. This will give your body ample time to digest what has been eaten. Don't have paranthas or other heavy stuff for dinner. Rely on vegetables and enjoy a small bowl of light ice cream or frozen yogurt if you want something sweet after dinner.
