Dhanush's father Kasthuri Raja, well-known director, has produced the film.
This is the first film directed by Aishwaryaa, wife of Dhanush and daughter of Rajinikanth. She recently posted the release date of the film on Twitter. "March 30 2012 "3" my debut film as a director will hit the screens..I hope I live up to all ur expectations..may u n the almighty be wit me:)," she posted.
Among the crew, Velraj is the main cameraman.
The music of the film is composed by young music directer Anirudh Ravichander.
The film will be produced under the banner of RK Productions and Wonderbar Films.
The Censor Board has given the film a "U" certificate.
