The demolition squad was hard at work.
SRK was apparently given a week by the BMC to have the ramp removed. A notice was sent to the actor a week ago that if he failed to do so, the BMC would demolish the ramp and send the bill to Mr Khan.
Representatives from NGOs who had spearheaded the protest against the illegal construction, were sighted beaming outside Mr Khan's residence.
A crowd gathered outside SRK's house and watched the proceedings.
