Former lovebirds Priyanka-Shahid unveil Teri Meri Kahaani

The real live love story between Shahid Kapur and Priyanka Chopra may be over but there was no sign of frostiness between the exes as they launched the first look of their new film, director Kunal Kohli's Teri Meri Kahaani, in Mumbai to much fanfare..

Director Kunal Kohli pulled off a coup of sorts when he cast former lovers Shahid and Priyanka in this romantic film which has the tagline "thrice upon a love story." The story spans three different years - 1910, 1960, and 2012.

The film's first trailer, which was shared by Priyanka, Shahid and Kunal on Twitter in the afternoon, became an instant hit among movie buffs.

Priyanka tweeted: "Wow!! #TeriMeriKahaani trending worldwide!! Thanx guys!! Such an overwhelming response!! We're so excited!official launch in a few."
