As Sanjay Dutt preps for jail, friends visit

Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt, his wife Manyata left their residence in Mumbai to offer prayers at Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple shortly before his surrender. Director Mahesh Bhatt is also seen in this picture. Sanjay Dutt will surrender in a TADA court today and is then expected to begin the rest of his five-year jail term in Pune's Yerawada Jail.

Yesterday, close friend Salman Khan, who has worked with him in movies such as Saajan, Chal Mere Bhai and Tees Maar Khan, visited Sanjay Dutt at home. Salman's brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri accompanied him.

Abhishek Bachchan was among the first to visit Sanjay Dutt at his residence.

Director David Dhawan, who has directed Sanjay in a number of films, on his way to Sanjay Dutt's residence.

A grim looking Ajay Devgn, who worked with Sanjay Dutt in movies such as Rascals and Son of Sardaar, also made his way to Sanjay Dutt's place.

Fardeen Khan also made his way to the Munnabhai star's residence.
