A poem for SRK

Updated: August 19, 2013 10:30 IST

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan seems to be in a contemplative mood as he travels on board what looks like a ferry. The actor, who is riding high on the success of his movie Chennai Express, seems to be in deep thought and oblivious to the presence of other people around him as he sits with a cup of tea/coffee in his hand. Some food for thought, Shah Rukh?

Shah Rukh Khan\'s vintage look
We came across this picture of Shah Rukh Khan looking immaculately sexy in a three-piece suit while posing for a Tag Heuer photoshoot.

What caught our attention was the greyish blue open vintage car, which contrasted with Shah Rukh's black suit, thereby adding to the royal affect.

Coming up: Beat the heat SRK
Beat the heat SRK
Shah Rukh Khan waves at his fans who were seen waiting to catch a glimpse of the superstar in Mumbai on July 24, 2013.

The actor was in attendance at an event to launch a game based on his forthcoming flick Chennai Express.
Beat the heat SRK
Seems like the humidity in Mumbai was troubling Shah Rukh a bit too much, as he was visibly uncomfortable with the heat and was seen wiping the sweat off his forehead, quite literally.
Beat the heat SRK
Seems like that didn't really help SRK, as the 'cool' King Khan was perhaps in indispensable need of some cold breeze.
Beat the heat SRK
And perhaps when he was done sweating, Shah Rukh expressed into gaming mode.
Beat the heat SRK
Not only that, he also obliged his female fans by shaking a leg with them on stage.

Meanwhile who are you yelling at Rohit Shetty?

The Chennai Express director was perhaps in a foul mood.

Four star rating: SRK, Madhuri, Abhishek, Anushka
Here are Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Abhishek Bachchan and Anushka Sharma on a hovercraft on their way back from the IIFA awards in Macau. Who says stars don't hang out together? Of course, it must help that SRK has co-starred with each of these actors in a movie or two. Madhuri is an old screen-flame from films like Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Abhishek appeared in Kabhi Alvida Na Kehnaa, and SRK was Anushka's very first hero in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.

Salman and his band of boys
What happens when a gang of Bollywood actors decide to party? This picture answers the question. Salman Khan along with Riteish Deshmukh, Ashish Chowdhry, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Kunal Khemu and Harman Baweja seemed to be having a blast as they pose for a group picture. Wonder why they leave the girls out?

Coming up: Karan Arjun and a lanky Hrithik
Karan Arjun and a lanky Hrithik
It seems unbelievable now but there was a time when Shah Rukh and Salman were friends. In this picture from the sets of 1995 film Karan Arjun, the now-warring Khans are joined by a very young, very lanky Hrithik Roshan who was assisting his father and the film's director, Rakesh Roshan. The fourth young man is reportedly a friend of Hrithik.

The reincarnation and revenge themed Karan Arjun starred the Khans as brothers, and was the first of four films they appeared in together. They later co-starred in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Hum Tumhare Hai Sanam and Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega. Today, they don't even speak.

Sleeping beauty: Salman Khan
One from Salman Khan's shirtless days, with a pair of dungarees making up his entire ensemble. Looks like the actor got tired and took a quick nap on a couch during what seems to be a media interaction.

Don't fail to notice the young Salman's bulging biceps. The actor will next be seen in Mental, directed by Sohail Khan.
