BJP takes CVC battle to President

Senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj met President Patil on Tuesday evening over the appointment of PJ Thomas as new Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC). BJP had opposed PJ Thomas' nomination as Central Vigilance Commissioner and also boycotted Central Vigilance Commissioner's swearing in.
