DGCA to review training procedure after Jet flight scare

The Civil Aviation watchdog DGCA's (Director General of Civil Aviation) preliminary inquiry has found that the Jet flight mishap may have happened because the pilot and crew over-reacted. Following the preliminary inquiry, the DGCA has suspended the pilot, first officer and the crew members.
