Srinagar infant deaths: Omar promises improvement

A total of 358 children have died at the GB Pant Hospital in Srinagar since January 1 this year. Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has assured "visible improvement" in the state of the hospital within the next 10 days.
