As the rising maternal and infant mortality rates in the country continues to be a cause for worry, United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has dubbed such preventable deaths as unacceptable. Speaking to NDTV during his visit to Mumbai, he also called on for all stakeholders to come together to change this harsh reality.
