Shocking remarks made by UP cops: 'I would have killed her' and more

The Congress has suggested that cops in Samajwadi-Party-ruled Uttar Pradesh be re-trained. That would seem like good advice after two senior cops in the past two days allegedly made extremely callous remarks about missing girls in separate incidents.
