UPSC results declared: Women take top two slots

UPSC results: For the second straight year, the top two positions in the Civil Services Examination 2011 have been bagged by women--an AIIMS graduate and a social scientist. Shena Aggarwal, who holds an MBBS degree from the premier All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here, bagged the top slot in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams, the results for which were announced today.
