Former SPG chief BV Wanchoo is new Goa Governor; Narasimhan continues in Andhra Pradesh

Former chief of the Special Protection Group (SPG), B V Wanchoo, was on Saturday named as the new Governor of Goa while E S L Narasimhan and K Sankaranarayanan will have fresh terms as Governors of Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra respectively.
