Cold wave grips North India
It's that time of the year, again. The entire North India is in the grip of cold wave. Snowfall in the hill states and icy winds across the plains have dragged temperatures down across North India. Minimum temperature in Srinagar have dropped to -3 degree Celsius while night temperatures in Ladakh have dropped to -15 degree Celsius. Then there's fog to disrupt all holiday-season travel plans by affecting air and rail traffic.
