  8/12/2008 5:29:44 PM

Twenty-one Olympics, 104 years and seventeen medals – this has been India’s journey in the sports mega event. A country of over a billion population has not faired well in this sports extravaganza. India has won eight golds, three silvers and six bronze medals with maximum medals coming from our national game hockey.
