Are you one of those accident-prone people who tend to tumble over invisible obstacles? Do you often trip over your own feet? Then this list is just the thing for the likes of you. By now the world and beyond has seen the footage of Madonna 'flying' off the stage at the Brit Awards 2015.

And there are currently two kinds of people on Twitter: those who found the footage hilarious and those who thought it was fantastic that she just got up and carried on singing.

So here's the thing folks, you can crack all the jokes you want but nobody can deny that it takes a lot of guts to get right back up after a fall like that. That too at the age of 56.

So here are a few tips on what to do to bring a little popstar pizzazz to your own little nosedives.

1. When You Randomly Trip Over Clothes - This happens more often than most of us like to admit. From capes to sarees to dupattas, everything can prove a hazard. So when you trip, or fly, or fall, take a moment to steady yourself and get back to whatever you were doing. Take a cue from the queen. Millions were watching her perform and she just acted like it was no big deal. Because it really wasn't and isn't.

2. When You're Walking and the Floor Suddenly Disappears - Those who have not had this happen to them will never understand what this means. For those who understand only too well, we give you this tip - pretend like nothing happened. Even if there are a bunch of people trying to help you get back on your feet, just keep doing what you were doing before. Here's Iggy Azalea showing us how recover like a boss.

3. When You Want to be Dramatic But Can't Because, Bad Luck - There are times when one wishes to make a statement. But one cannot because props tend to backfire and bad luck is a puppy that follows you around. When this happens and you are stuck between a wall or happen to have one foot under a wooden floor or under a piano like Lady Gaga, pretend like that was a part of your 'performance' and walk away with as much swagger as you can muster.

Also case in point: Joe Jonas. He actually managed to just get back up karate-style and get on with his stage show. Classy.

4. When Stairs Become Your Enemy - If you are a dancer, just do what Rihanna and Justin Bieber did. Rihanna just walked on like a lioness. So what if she scraped a knee? The show, as always, must go on.

Mr Bieber on the other hand repeatedly kept bending down to touch his feet making people wonder whether it's a step or if he's hurting. That's right. Keep them guessing, bwoy!

5. When You Jump into Food - Here's what, don't. Just don't jump into food. Remember this golden rule and you'll be fine. There is no way to save face after a messy food fall; unless you are Katy Perry and you know how to laugh hysterically at your own inability to stand without falling flat on your face. This woman is Fireworks indeed.

6. When You Fall Down.. POSE! Now this separates the rockstars from the boys. Turn every tumble into a photo-op and you'll have something to show your grandkids someday. Check out the uber cool Bono take a nasty fall, and refuse to get right back up. No, no, no. He posed for everybody and sang right from the floor. What a legend.
