It's that time of the year when citizens get together to celebrate the country. This year marks our nation's 68th Republic Day. It was on this day back in 1950 when India's constitution came into force. While children in school hoist the country's flag in school, several others switch on their television screens to watch the Republic Day parade. Along with President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and several dignitaries, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan watched the parade in Delhi as the Chief Guest, this time. Like every year, this year's parade also showcased beautifully-decorated tableaus that represented the cultural and traditional heritage of various states of our country. As a sense of patriotic fervor takes over citizens of India, here's how you can wish everyone a Happy Republic Day.
