Malala Yousafzai Shows Stephen Colbert Epic Card Trick, Comes up Aces

We can bet this is one thing you didn't know about Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai. "Besides inspiring people, you also do a little bit of magic," Stephen Colbert said to her on The Late Show.

Once he was done performing his own "card trick" (that got him a big laugh from his guest), he asked Malala if she could match him. And so she did.

Her trick involved selecting a favourite number, blowing on certain cards, and reading her the host's mind as well.

"I know what's going on in your mind," she told Mr Colbert shuffling her cards. "Not much," he promptly replied.

"I can see, I haven't heard anything yet," she retorted, to much laughter and applause (yes, she's really funny too).

We'll let you watch the video below to know how the rest of the trick went:

And it isn't just Stephen Colbert who was left floored by the 18-year-old. It seems actor Arjun Kapoor was so happy to see Malala at the at the Global Citizen Festival in New York last week that he went ahead and asked her for a picture - he's usually the one being asked.

Here's what the 2 States star tweeted:

He wasn't the only Bollywood actor to be Malala-struck. Youngistaan hero Jackky Bhagnani was invited to the New York premiere of the documentary He Named Me Malala last week, despite having embarrassingly misspelt the Pakistani teen's name 'Masala' in a tweet last year.

Nevertheless, Jackky received a special invite and even tweeted pictures of his meeting with Malala and her family:

He also shared a special message from the human rights advocate for all Indians:

Meanwhile, David Beckham posted a picture of his chance meeting with Malala on a flight. It was Becks who had presented Malala with the Pride of Britain Award two years ago. Calling Malala "a true role model," here's the picture he posted on Instagram:

I was fortunate again to meet the incredible and inspirational Malala. A true role model to so many people
