If you haven't been living under a rock, you probably already know what #couchgate is all about. For the uninitiated, US President Donald Trump's senior advisor Kellyanne Conway called down upon her the wholesale attention of social media after she was photographed kneeling on a White House sofa with her shoes on. Now after countless reactions, jokes, memes and a dedicated hashtag on the topic on Twitter, actor Kal Penn has hilariously spoofed the photo. And it's making many laugh out loud.

The Namesake actor shared a picture of himself from the Oval Office set of his political drama Designated Survivor. The picture shows Mr Penn, kneeling on a sofa with his pants rolled up and his shoes on. He also seems to be tapping at his phone much the same way Ms Conway was in the original photo.
"Kal-E-Anne," the photo is captioned.
Since being shared the photo has collected over 7,500 'likes' and over 2,400 retweets. Tweeple seem to have loved the picture.
"You are a champion among rational adults. Please continue and make this a photo series," says one commenter on Twitter. "This.. just.. makes me so happy. Thank you thank you," says another.
