The internet loves all things Game of Thrones. As the seventh season of the massive HBO show nears its end, the GoT obsession is at currently its peak. Adding to the frenzy is an ingenious parody of the last episode 'Beyond the Wall'. The parody imagines the fight sequence with the Night King from episode 6 as an Indian TV serial and you'll be amazed at how similar Game of Thrones characters are to their Indian counterparts.
Posted on Facebook by the page 'The Indian Idiot', the parody titled 'If Game of Thrones was made in India' has over 3 million views in less than a day. It even made to the Reddit front page. The video is full of slow motion shots, freeze frames typical of a K-soap and sepia flashbacks of baby Viserion. There is also a Tulsi Virani-esque background score and Shah Rukh Khan's dialogue from
Chak De! India.
