'I Know This Was Stupid': Sixth Grader Apologies to 911 for Prank Call
On Tuesday, a sixth grader in America wrote an adorable apology for a prank call he made to emergency helpline 911. In a handwritten letter, the Savannah, Georgia resident admitted to have called 911 and said "Deez nuts" before hanging up.

"I know this was stupid but I was not listening to myself but I knew it was wrong," the little boy apologised. Apparently, his apology was written after prompting by his parents who drove him to the 911 station to read the letter out.

"Please forgive me for what I said. I know there will be consequences for my actions and I will not complaine about them (sic)," the letter read.

As expected, he won hearts and his apology was accepted by staff members.

"Things like this prove that we do make a difference, one person at a time," said Lt. Jeff Olson in a press release.
