Noida:
A team of Noida Authority on Wednesday went to Sector 30 for sealing drive and found some premises were already closed by houseowners while others told the team that they have given the premises on rent to companies which are using these as guest house for their employees.
Rajesh Prakash, Administration Officer Noida Authority, said "I have sent the documents for verifications from the companies. At some sites, house owners had shifted the goods in basement and claimed to have closed commercial activity.
They have been directed clear the premises properly as otherwise these will be sealed, he said.
In Sector 30, a total 13 residential properties were identified where commercial activities were found being carried out from residential premises.
Three of them had clinics, another 3 had Paying Guest houses, one a bank and 6 others guest houses.
