Hafiz Saeed, India's most wanted man who is believed to be behind 26/11, was seen spewing venom against the country once again, publicly.
 
"No doubt," Saeed said in an interview to a Pakistani channel when asked whether people should go to Kashmir for 'jihad' against India.
 
He also dared India to prove the case against him.
 
The Lashkar founder chief's face was not shown during the interview; Saeed says he is not allowed by the 'Shariah' to show his face.
 
The interview comes just a couple of days after the Indian Foreign Secretary told her Pakistani counterpart face-to-face, to stop people like Hafiz Saeed inciting violence against India.
 
"Saeed doesn't speak for the government or Pakistan, not people of Pakistan," said Salman Bashir.
 
"We didn't expect any miracle in the talks. We have conveyed our concern to Pak through the Foreign Secretaries," Defence Minister A K Antony said.
 
Pakistan calls India's dossier on Hafiz Saeed a piece of literature rather than evidence. But with a terrorist ranting openly on national television, it may hamper the talks process that restarted with great reluctance.
