Setback in Aarushi case, no clue from mobile

As the CBI continues to investigate the murder of 13-year-old Aarushi Talwar and her family's domestic help Hemraj, several questions still remain unanswered. Aarushi's phone which was recovered recently has drawn a blank. The Aarushi Talwar murder probe took the CBI team to the dusty lanes of Bulandshahar in Uttar Pradesh. They were looking for her mobile phone which they thought will help them finally crack the case.

Will Aarushi’s mobile provide clues?

It's one of the most crucial pieces of the jigsaw puzzle that makes up the Aarushi murder mystery. The 14-year-old schoolgirl's mobile has suddenly emerged in an obscure village of Uttar Pradesh, and not by the CBI but by the Delhi police. There is no word on the other victim Hemraaj's phone which had also gone missing.

Delhi Police recovers Aarushi’s mobile

In a new twist in the gruesome Aarushi Talwar murder case in Noida, Delhi Police on Monday recovered Aarushi's mobile phone from Bulandshahr. Delhi Police has handed over the mobile phone to CBI. Aarushi's mobile phone was missing since her murder in May 2008. Police sources say that a maid in Noida had given the phone to her brother, and that the phone was activated in February this year through a new sim card.

Aarushi murder: The huge cover-up

Fresh evidence of tampering in the Aarushi Talwar murder case, which has baffled investigators for over a year now, have come up. NDTV has confirmed from the Central Forensic Laboratory in Hyderabad that Aarushi's samples were substituted with those of an unknown woman.

SC asks for Aarushi probe status report

Supreme Court has asked the CBI about the status of Aarushi murder case. The apex court on Tuesday took up a public interest litigation seeking regulations in the manner in which the 13-year-old Arushi's case was covered in the media. The court had earlier issued notices to some television channels. The petitioner wants police not to leak any information in sensitive cases like Aarushi's murder.
