Just a week ahead of the Copenhagen climate summit, the buzz is will Prime Minister Manmohan Singh make a trip to attend the summit?

The prime minister said that US President Barack Obama, French President Nikolas Sarkozy and Danish Prime Minister Rasmussen have all requested him to attend the summit.

Over the last few days most heads of state, including Obama, announced that he will make a day's trip to Copenhagen before collecting his Nobel.

The prime minister on his return from the US said that he has not made up his mind yet and it is pre-mature to say.

Earlier at the Commonwealth Head of Government (CHOGM) meet in Trinidad, he rejected the pessimism about next month's crucial climate summit saying the effort should be to "try to achieve as much convergence as possible" towards a "legally binding outcome."

Some 80 presidents and premiers are expected to attend the final days of the conference on December 17-18.

What's the point in going to Copenhagen particularly when Climate Change has now been proved to be a fraud, and is in news as 'Climategate'. Why's our media sleeping over this?
