26/11: Most wanted
NDTV Correspondent, Friday March 19, 2010, New Delhi
Now that David Headley has admitted to all the charges on 26/11, it only confirms what India has been maintaining that the terror attacks were plotted and carried out by handlers in Pakistan. In its dossiers to Pakistan, India has named several terrorists including:

  • Hafiz Saeed, the man who India says masterminded 26/11. He is freely roaming around in Pakistan.
  • Muzammil Bhat is also free and in Pakistan
  • Abu Hamza - another LeT operative who is free and in Pakistan
  • Abu Kafa - free and in Pakistan
  • Usman who has been declared proclaimed offender by Pakistan

India also wants Ilyas Kashmiri, an Al-Qaida commander hiding in Waziristan.
