New trouble for Dinakaran: RTI on his assets

There's more trouble for Karnataka's Chief Justice P D Dinakaran.

M K Vijay Kumar, an advocate from Bangalore, has filed an RTI application with the Court Information Officer of the High Court of Karnataka, seeking to know the assets of the Chief Justice P D Dinakaran.

He says he is bound to be given the information within the stipulated 21 days, under the Right to Information Act.
