| It is appropriate that the WHITE PAPER on Rly's performance over last 5 years be brought out. It is hard to believe & expect that a hardcore corrupt person like Lalloo turn into a Valmiki like sage. There is surely a lots of Ghapla carried out by Laloo behind the curtain. We all know he has been trying to hide an ELEPHANT like Corrupt practices behind the shadow of an ANT like- so called turnaround stories- stories of more of lies & manipulations. Surely, he would prove to be one of the great manipulator- an able Administrator/Politician. Thank God he was not given the Defense Ministry- He would surely had handed over Bihar in reality, going beyond famous Laloo's Bihar Handing over jokes. I think country is used to of such politically illicit acts & behaviors. As such Laloo is aware of people's psyche/intellect, will-power & how foolishly-emotional they are, as we see many examples around to name a few- e.g. Shibu Soren & likes in the ranks making use of such things very deftly. Any White or Black paper would not affect their political career for long as long as poor & other foolish public mandate would keep going on in our country time to time. We as a citizen of India learn fast & don%u2019t repeat the mistakes of the past & be wise in reacting to political game plan/witch craft. People like Laloo are great at encashing poverty, castiesm, regionalism, illiteracy & what not. What will be content of White paper is already known to all- Under political rivalry Mamatadi would overrun & over-exaggerated report would be published, which would give a way out for Laloo to defend on few trivial points to score a bigger margin out of it claiming an entire report to be a false & it%u2019s a plot merely to implicate/malign his so called achievements due to political rivalry/jealousy/Complex in Mamatadi etc. etc. But even then, such a white paper of Black deeds is a must, at least to see how great our leaders can be- They can not only cheat people during election manifesto etc, but also while in office fool the entire class of so called Elite beaurocracy for years & years. | Lalu has to cry FOUL becuase already a TAINTED man not in power now, scared of his corrupt actions would be made public if Mamta brings out a white paper of his 'modus operandi' & he would be extinct in next genral elections. It was 'majboori' of Congress party to take the support of his party during last tenure. |
