Facing charges for a multi-crore scam, former Jharkhand chief minister has claimed that all charges against him are baseless.

"The media has been trying to frame me so that I don't fight elections," said Koda.

"I will expose all those trying to frame me," he added.

The tainted former chief minister said that his rights are being violated as he is kept away from his family.

"Let it be proved if I have land abroad or if I bought 500 bikes," he said.

Koda has been facing charges for laundering around 4000 crore during his tenure as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand.

He has been interrogated by the Income-Tax department and the Enforcement Directorate.

Some of Koda's aides have also been arrested while few remain under the scanner.
