Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi felicitated iconic singer Lata Mangeshkar at Mumbai's Mahalaxmi Racecourse on the 51st anniversary of her famous song, "Ae mere watan ke logon".
Mr Modi in his speech stressed on India's defence policies, saying, "India is the only country that doesn't have a war memorial. It seems that I will have the good fortune of making one."
