First Pakistan was not ready to acknowledge the involvement of its citizens in the attack now it is blatantly saying that it won''t handover culprits. This is abosolutely outrageous. Pakistan is not leaving India and international community with any other option than war. Now if stern measures are taken against Pakistan, Pakistan itself will be responsible for it. I don''t think he has changed policy towards any nation are not shifted overnight if there isn''t any emergency. I think what Obama has said about India''s moon mission or other things indicates his care about America''s intereset. So it is good to see an honest statesman such a person can be reliable when international committments are made. Every new person who comes at the power in our neighbouring state gives some positive indication when he takes the office. But later nothing changes the things go as they were going in the past.
