Kolkata:
A minor girl was allegedly raped by a man at Bowbazar area of Kolkata, police said today.
The six-year-old girl was raped by Mohammed Irshad in an abandoned bathroom of Bowbazar area yesterday, police said.
After the girl raised an alarm, the accused fled from the spot, but was arrested later, they said.
Initial medical reports said the minor had injuries and scars on her private parts.
