A navy sailor allegedly committed suicide at a naval aircraft yard in Kerala's Kochi this morning.
Roopa Ram, 25, an electrical artificer, was found hanging when personnel reported for work. He had been with the navy for the last seven years.
His body was found in the hangar, said officials.
Roopa Ram was from Rajasthan and was father to a nine-month-old son, the navy said.
The navy has ordered an inquiry.
