Foreign Affairs Expert Ninan Koshy Dies at 81 in Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram:

Noted foreign affairs expert, political thinker and theologian, Ninan Koshy died today due to age related disease at a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram, family sources said.
     
The 81-year-old was admitted to the hospital after he felt uneasiness on Tuesday and the end came in the morning today, they said.
     
He was the Left Democratic Front (LDF) candidate from Mavelikkara Constituency in the 1999 General election.

Mr Koshy had served as a faculty in a number of colleges in Kerala. He was also author of many books related to world affairs.
      
He had worked as Director-in-charge of Student Christian Movement of India, Director of Ecumenical Christian Centre in Bangalore.

State Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala condoled the death of Mr Koshy.
