New Delhi: Shatrughan Sinha, high on the list of rebels in the BJP, has again questioned his party seniors. This time, over the BJP-led government's decision to recommend President's rule in Arunachal Pradesh.

"What was the hurry and worry" when the matter was in court, Mr Sinha, the party's lawmaker from Patna said.

In a series of tweets, he questioned the urgency in implementing President's rule in the border state. "I have tremendous faith in our dashing dynamic action hero PM. But wonder who the 'great' advisors are who advised President's Rule in AP," he tweeted.

This is not the first time that Mr Sinha has taken a dig at the party leadership. Mr Sinha said, "if the decision does not go in our favor, wonder what explanation and answer we will have for our respected PM."
"Narendra Modi is a well-meaning Prime Minister. It's the advisors who sometimes give faulty opinion which leads to wrong political moves (which are) certainly not good for health of the party and the government," news agency Press Trust of India quoted him as saying.

Mr Sinha defended the variance in his views with that of his party's. "I have always called a spade a spade. My personal views sometimes may not match with our people. But, my opinion is always intended for good of the party and the nation," he said. "I hope wish and pray, they will accept my sincerity and loyalty towards the party," the actor-turned-politician said.
The Centre had yesterday submitted a reply in the Supreme Court justifying the imposition of President's rule in Arunachal Pradesh. President Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday had given his assent to the Union Cabinet's decision to impose central rule in the state.
