Bhubaneshwar: Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi is on a two-day campaign in Orissa. He will be addressing rallies in the communally sensitive town of Baliguda in Kandhmal and Dharamgarh in Kalahandi on Wednesday.
His best argument that that the Congress-led UPA had fulfilled all its promises it had made to the poor, the Dalits and the Tribals in the last five years.
He said that the Naveen Patnaik government had done nothing to improve the lot of the marginalised sections in Orissa. The young Gandhi also said that the UPA government had adopted the rural schemes, which are the best among the employment schemes in the world.
