Pak National Assembly resolution anti-India: BJP

New Delhi: BJP on Tuesday termed as "anti-India" the resolution passed by Pakistan National Assembly accusing Indian troops of "unprovoked agressision" on the LoC and extending support to the "struggle" of Kashmiri people, and asked the Centre to disapprove of it immediately.

"Pakistan's resolution in the National Assembly is anti-India...The government of India must disapprove of immediately the resolution passed by the Assembly," BJP spokesman Prakash Javadekar said.

He said the resolution shows that Pakistan's "whole politics depends on anti-India rhetoric".

Mr Javadekar said ceasefire violations by Pakistan and giving cover to infiltration, ambushing Indian soldiers and instigating separatists to launch anti-India agitations were "absolutely unacceptable".
