New Delhi:
Move over the small screen, the internet is here with the very first online serial to be aired only on a social networking website and made by a bunch of talent hunt winners.
The initiative, Maruti Suzuki Ibibo i- Serial Star, will have a total of eight actors, two directors and two scriptwriters selected to work behind and in front of the camera for the online serial.
To compete, each participant has to upload his or her videos, scripts or short films made by them on Ibibo in order to qualify for either in the acting, directing or scriptwriting category.
Selection of the winners will be based on the number of votes obtained by contestants and the choice made a panel of judges comprising Raman Kumar, who made the serial
Tara for Zee TV and Khalid Hashmi who launched Zee News.
