Union Water Resources Minister Uma Bharati on Monday said that masses would be involved in the massive Ganga rejuvenation programme such as planting of saplings and preventing dirt from mixing up in the river.
"We will be involving people in rejuvenating the river in line with the Prime Minister's call to make it a mass movement... People would be involved in planting of saplings and preventing dirt from entering the river," she told reporters in New Delhi.
