The Delhi High Court is likely to give its decision on the petition's filed by the NSUI and the ABVP after six DUSU poll candidates were disqualified for violating the poll code. Among those disqualified are three ABVP members and two NSUI members.
So the two student bodies do not have a presidential candidate as of now. The HC is likely to give its verdict on Tuesday. Elections are on September 4 but the buzz is missing this time as strict code of conduct comes into force.
