The North-East continues to simmer on the Gorkhaland issue. Protesters have threatened to block highways and stall trains today as well.
Three national highways were blocked for several hours yesterday. The agitators have warned roads leading to the Northeast will be blocked from noon till 4 pm today.
Trains like Kanchankanya Express to Sealdah and Capital Express from Patna to Guwahati could be hit due to the strike.
